This includes all messages, interactions, and AI-generated responses. Users' files are also stored for up to 90 days after service expiration for backups and data recovery.
2. How We Use It
Used for account setup, billing, support, and service improvement. AI assistant and chatbot interactions are logged and reviewed to improve response quality and system performance. AI systems are only allowed access to your account information across our platform if and when you actively use them. We never sell your data. Users' files are never shared with any third parties for any reason.
3. Security
We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including data from AI interactions, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Retention
After account termination, data may be retained temporarily for legal compliance and to maintain records of past AI interactions for quality and service refinement purposes. Data may be retained for up to 90 days past service expiration.
